goto run command and type dxdiag(if u r using xp)
if u r using win 7 click on start menu and type dxdiag
press enter
a window will appear
which is showing your system information
now look at the bottom and click on the save all information button .save the document and me that file ...this helps me to analyse your system in a more better way .....and i will send settings to u....
